When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company and phone number if supplied, your selected project need and timeline, your message, and your consent to be contacted about the inquiry. The hosting environment may process basic request information needed to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
3. How We Use It
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential engagements, maintain related correspondence, and keep the contact form secure. We do not sell or rent personal information submitted through the form.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice, and the private administration area uses authentication cookies to keep authorized users signed in securely. If you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica may set analytics cookies or use local storage and collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, traffic source, clicks, scrolling, and session interactions. We configure analytics so it does not load before consent and do not intentionally send contact-form field values or direct identifiers to these services. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
5. Service Providers
Inquiry details are stored in Supabase for private CRM management and sent through Resend, an email delivery provider, to the contact inbox configured by the site owner. Vercel hosts the site and processes requests needed to deliver its pages and form endpoint. With analytics consent, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica process website usage information under their respective terms and privacy commitments. These providers may process information in countries outside your place of residence.
6. Data Retention
Inquiry details may remain in the private CRM, receiving mailbox, and related business records while we respond, evaluate a potential engagement, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your inquiry, subject to any information we need to retain for legitimate legal or business purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information submitted through this site by emailing hello@sharafiev.group.
