Traceboard Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator
Traceboard by Sharafiev is a marketing reporting application operated by SHARAFIEV. This policy explains how Traceboard handles information when an authorized user signs in, creates a company workspace, or connects a data source.
2. Information we process
We process account information such as an email address, company profile information, and configuration entered by a workspace owner. When a user authorizes Google access, Traceboard may retrieve Google Ads campaign and performance data, Google Analytics 4 aggregate traffic and event metrics, and Google Search Console aggregate search performance data for the properties and accounts the user selects. Traceboard also processes reporting data retrieved from other sources the user chooses to connect, such as CallRail and Jobber.
3. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to display connected-source metrics, prepare requested reports, identify measurable trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations inside the user's workspace. Traceboard does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
4. Storage and security
Application data is hosted using Vercel and Supabase. Connection credentials are encrypted before storage and are accessible only to the application for authorized requests. Workspace access is restricted through authentication and company membership controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data or other personal information. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate Traceboard, when directed by the user through a connected service, or when required by law. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under their applicable terms.
6. Retention and deletion
Connected data is retained while the company workspace is active and as needed to provide saved reports. A workspace owner can delete a company and its stored workspace data through Traceboard. Users may also request deletion by emailing sharafiev2459@gmail.com. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
7. Access and revocation
Users control which accounts and properties they connect. Google access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents future retrieval but does not automatically delete reports already stored in Traceboard; use workspace deletion or contact us to request deletion.
8. Limited Use compliance
Traceboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Traceboard changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions, access requests, and deletion requests may be sent to sharafiev2459@gmail.com.
