Traceboard Terms of Service
Effective: September 11, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to Traceboard by Sharafiev. By accessing the application or authorizing a connected service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are authorized to connect the relevant company accounts and data.
2. Service
Traceboard consolidates available marketing and operational information, creates reports, and presents recommendations. Features and supported sources may change as the application develops.
3. Accounts and permissions
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and maintaining accurate access permissions. You must not connect an advertising, analytics, calling, or business account unless you have permission from its owner.
4. Connected services
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CallRail, Jobber, and other connected services are operated by third parties and remain subject to their own terms. Traceboard is not responsible for changes, outages, delayed data, or inaccuracies originating from those services.
5. Reports and recommendations
Reports depend on the availability, configuration, attribution rules, and quality of connected data. Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, leads, rankings, or other business results. Users remain responsible for business and advertising decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, circumvent access controls, or use Traceboard in violation of law or third-party rights.
7. Availability and liability
Traceboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free reports. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risks, misuse, legal requirements, or material breach of these Terms. A workspace owner may discontinue use and delete a company workspace through the application.
