A bilingual Next.js product built from the ground up to connect discovery, availability, digital agreements, dog profiles, payments, client self-service, and day-to-day dog-camp operations.

The Challenge

Turn a local dog-camp service into a complete digital operation.

The product had to make booking simple for dog owners while giving the team precise control over capacity, dates, pricing, pickup zones, clients, dogs, agreements, payments, cancellations, staff, content, and revenue — without splitting the experience across disconnected tools.

What I Led and Built

Public website, booking engine, client portal, and admin — designed together.

Booking & Service-Zone Logic

A guided booking flow for single days or date ranges, dog sizes, live availability, daily capacity, pricing, pickup eligibility, and self drop-off when an address is outside the service zone.

Client Portal & Agreements

A secure customer dashboard for owner details, addresses, dog profiles, signed service agreements and PDFs, booking history, cancellations, and adding or removing profile information.

Operations Admin

A complete admin workspace for orders, clients, staff, calendars, pricing, galleries, service ZIP codes, daily capacity, booking status, cancellations, and revenue visibility.

Stripe & Resend Automation

Stripe checkout and payment tracking connected to Resend email notifications for booking, payment, cancellation, account, agreement, and other operational events.

Every step was designed for the phone in a dog owner’s hand.

From checking dates and capacity to adding a dog, signing an agreement, paying, reviewing an order, or updating a profile, the product adapts each workflow for mobile use. The admin system also preserves clear operational access across screen sizes.
